- I have an Amiga Tech 1438S monitor, and apart from a few niggles
- it has done good work so far...One of the niggles is that, while
- on Workbench in DBLPAL mode (High Res No Flicker), if I try to
- run a game which needs a PAL screen, sometimes the machine locks
- up, produces garbage on the screen, and makes the most
- distressing sounds in christendom!! Not all games do this, and
- the ones that do can (almost) easily be ran from early startup,
- or by changing the WBench screenmode.
- Does anyone else have this problem? Is it exclusive to the much
- maligned 1438S or do other multisyncs do it? Can I solve it?
-
- Thanks
- Dave
